CarStore is an online marketplace that connects car buyers and sellers across Africa. Our platform allows users to:

• List vehicles for sale
• Connect with dealers and private sellers
• Access automotive services and tools
• Participate in our community features

3. User accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights
• Upload, post, or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

5. Vehicle listings

When listing a vehicle on CarStore, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to sell the vehicle
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• The vehicle is free from any liens or encumbrances not disclosed
• You will respond promptly to legitimate inquiries
• You will honor the price and terms listed

6. Payments and fees

Our pricing structure includes:

• Free basic listings with limitations
• Paid subscription plans for enhanced features
• Transaction fees for completed sales (where applicable)
• Additional service fees for premium features

All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The CarStore service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CarStore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

CarStore provides an online marketplace platform. We do not:

• Provide warranties or guarantees on transactions
• Act as a party to any transaction between users

10. Limitation of liability

In no event shall CarStore, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
